My name is Sebastian Rodriguez and I am from Lawrence, Massachusetts. I am submitting a song for the Reach Festival (audio only). The song is called "Righteous" and I got inspired to write it after watching the movie "Pulp Fiction". If you haven't seen it, there is a character named Jules who is a gangster but struggles with a moral dilemma at the end of the film. The complexity of Jules' character really blurred the lines of what is good and bad for me and I just decided to write about it. He repeats a passage from the Bible called Ezekiel 25:17. The contents of that passage combined with Jules' character development begs the question, what should a "good person" do?
