This project is the result of an idea I had been planning for months as an opportunity to retake an old project uploaded for the Reach and take it to a new level. It is also a tribute to my beloved dog Lola, who, as the mascot of the animation, was abandoned when she was just a puppy, but fortunately found a loving home with me and my family.

I seek to address the problem of stray dogs, a constant concern in my neighborhood and in many other places. This problem arises from various circumstances, such as abandonment, abuse and exploitation, leaving these animals in deplorable conditions.

The animation is inspired by the classic Tamagotchi and the video game Nintendogs, using a simple but universally understandable way to represent my message, taking as a reference the virtual pets that we have had once as children but carelessly abandoned them. My goal is to raise awareness of the reality of animal abandonment and to promote empathy and responsibility for these animals. I hope this will inspire people to take concrete real-life actions to combat this problem and improve the lives of abandoned pets.

All of the animations, especially the pixel art, and most of the photographic work shown was created by hand with the help and support of my family, friends and the Clubhouse.
