Description
Students participated in a Muralism 101 workshops for three months during which they told the story of their community through visual arts, designed and painted a professional mural for the Bresee Foundation's Teen Tech Center, and learned about how to enter into the creative economy. This workshop was facilitated by a local community artist and activist.
Muralists include Francisco Chacal, Richard Spencer, Sudeb Das, Urvin Rosales, Ivan Sanchez & Johnnyangel Guillen Jr. (ages 15 - 17).
