Description

Cubofanía es un proyecto multifacético que fusiona la magia de la fotografía y la impresión 3D para experimentar y transcender las fronteras de la fotografía tradicional. En este proyecto participamos más de 10 jóvenes de entre 13 a 18 Años.
Primero definimos distintas temáticas para poder reflejar sentimientos que nos atraviesan día a día. Para esto, pusimos en práctica técnicas fotográficas, como así también experimentar con impresión 3D.
En las impresiones, las zonas más claras de la imagen van a tener menor grosor que las oscuras, para que cuando una fuente de luz las ilumine se logre ver la imagen respetando las luces y sombras. Por este motivo, tuvimos que pensar cada foto en blancos y negros para poder poder explotar la técnica y expresar lo que queríamos contar con cada captura. Cada pared de nuestros cubos demoró alrededor de 20hs de impresión.
La experiencia la preparamos para nuestra muestra de producciones de fin de año 2023, alrededor de 300 personas pudieron apreciar y descubrir nuestras fotos.

Cubofanía is a multifaceted project that merges the magic of photography and 3D printing to experiment with and transcend the boundaries of traditional photography. In this project, more than 10 young people between the ages of 13 and 18 participated.
First, we defined different themes to reflect the feelings that cross us every day. To achieve this, we put into practice photographic techniques, as well as experimenting with 3D printing. In the prints, the lighter areas of the image will have less thickness than the darker areas, so that when a light source illuminates them, the image can be seen respecting the lights and shadows. For this reason, we had to think about each photo in black and white to be able to exploit the technique and express what we wanted to convey with each capture. Each side of our cubes took about 20 hours to print.
We prepared the experience for our end of year 2023 production exhibition, where around 300 people were able to appreciate and discover our photos.
