SomOS

Description

SomOS es un juego cooperativo para dos jugadores donde tenés que ir desbloqueando partes de una ciudad controlada por una IA. Uno hace del desencriptador, que recibe los datos cifrados, los manda de vuelta a la ciudad y se defiende de los ataques de la IA; y el otro es el restaurador, que se encarga de restaurar todo. Éramos más de 20 jovenes trabajando en modelado, animación 3D, diseño de juego, programación, ilustración, sonido, inteligencia artificial, UX/UI, Oculus… ¡de todo! A fin de año, en la muestra de producciones de 2024 más de 250 personas lo probaron, jugaron y todavía tenemos mil ideas para agregar.

SomOS is a cooperative game for two players where you have to unlock parts of a city controlled by AI. One player is the decryptor, who receives the encrypted data, sends it back to the city, and defends against AI attacks; the other is the restorer, who is in charge of restoring everything. There were more than 20 of us working on modeling, 3D animation, game design, programming, illustration, sound, artificial intelligence, UX/UI, Oculus... everything! At the end of the year, at the 2024 production showcase, more than 250 people tried it out, played it, and we still have a thousand ideas to add.
