Creo que las tecnologías nos han ayudado mucho a lo largo de la vida, nos ayudan a estar cerca de las personas que queremos y nos brindan la posibilidad de aprender cosas nuevas todos los días. Pero al mismo tiempo pueden aislarnos si no cuidamos como nos relacionamos con las personas que tenemos al lado. Por eso en mi video quería hablar sobre lo que son las buenas conexiones y las cosas que componen lo que es el bienestar digital. Poder habar un poco más sobre este tema creo que es importante, ya que al ser una generación que creció con la tecnología nunca nos cuestionamos cuando usarla y cuando dejarla a un costado.

That's why in my video I wanted to talk about what good connections are and the things that make up digital well-being. I think it's important to talk a little more about this topic, since as a generation that grew up with technology, we never question when to use it and when to put it aside.
